Everyone can improve their memory if they want to . Here are some tips. All of them are helpful , but none of them can make your memory 100% perfect.
Try to use new information immediately. For example , if you meet someone , you didn't know before , who says " Hi , I'm Makkawiah ," don't just say " Hello
Repeat the person's name. Say Hello , Makkawiah "
If you have to remember something that is big , break it into smaller sections . For example , it is hard to memorise 109244153 . But if you break it into three sections109 /244/153/ -It becomes easier.
